HiDecorative Fence

HiDecorative Fence has three major element; Post, panel, Fitting.

Post
HiDecorative Fence is a product that has been made to fence your property whether it is on a large scale or short scale. Its name has been inspired by its hollow steel posts that are 60 x 60 mm & 40 x 80mm in measurement which gives them the strength to withhold pressure and force exerted on it. These steel posts determine the length of the fence and can either be;

• Over length set in ground
• Base plated to bolt down onto concrete
• Cranked to suit wall mounting.
• Covered with plastic cap on the top
• Extension With 45digree cranked on the top
• Extension With double (Y) cranked on the top .

Panel

The mesh between the posts is known as a panel. The wire mesh panels is 2490mm wide made by 4mm vertical and horizontal wire welded together with rectangular opening of 55×200 with special 2D profile for additional reinforcement. The standard panel height is 1130, 1550 and 1960mm high.

Tensile strength of the horizontal and vertical wires: Min. 500 N/mm² The minimum average welding strength is 50% of the total tensile strength of the wire in accordance with EN 10223-7.

Fittings
Rigid 50x5mm flat bar clamps are being proposed to hold the mesh welded steel panels on the post. It shall be bolted at every 400mm by using round head 8mm dia bolts.

GATES
Automatic and manual operated gate matching the fenceing with mulitable otions of single or double leaf gate.

• Posts can be customized for Barbed wire / Razor wire / Rota Spike
• Fixed through a base plate or Wall fixing plates or cranked posts.
• Mesh 55x200mm centers gap, 6mm vertical wire, 4mm/ 5mm horizon-tal wire
• Anti-climb design Can be stepped to accommodate sloping ground
• Matching single leaf and double leaf gates
