HiWeld 2D656™ has three major elements; Post, panel, Fitting.

Post

HiWeld 2D656™ is a product that has been made to fence your property whether it is on a large scale or short scale. Its name has been inspired by its hollow steel posts that are 50x50mm, 60 x 60 mm & 50 x 100mm in measure-ment which gives them the strength to withhold pressure and force exerted on it. These steel posts determine the length of the fence and can either be;

• Over-length set in the ground
• Base plated to bolt down onto the concrete
• Cranked to suit wall mounting.
• Covered with a plastic cap on the top
• Extension With 45digree cranked on the top
• Extension With double (Y) cranked on the top

Panel

The mesh between the posts is known as a panel. Mesh panels have double horizontal wire 6mm dia and single vertical wire 5mm dia with a flat profile , and 5mm vertical wire Welded at junctions with a rectangular opening of 50×200 which are Galv. zinc alloy treated. The standard panel height is 950, 1450, and 1950mm high and can be stacked above one another to deliver up to 6000 mm high fence.

We have the following options to prevent people from climbing over the fence;

• 30mm projecting spikes
• 3 or 6 numbers of barbed wires
• 3 or 6 numbers of barbed wire with concertina role.

Tensile strength of the horizontal and vertical wires: Min. 500 N/mm² The min-imum average welding strength is 50% of the total tensile strength of the wire in accordance with EN 10223-7.

Fittings

Rigid 40x50mm metal clips or 50x5mm flat bar along the full length of the post being proposed to hold the welded steel mesh panels to the post. It shall be bolted at every 400mm by using round head 8mm dia bolts.

GATES

We manufacture gates that are available in single or double leaf options, with a variety of opening actions and manual or automatic operating options.
